Terms of Use

By using PDF Toolkit you agree to these terms.

The service

PDF Toolkit provides free online tools to edit, convert, organize, secure and translate PDF files and images. The service is provided "as is", without any warranty. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every conversion is perfect or that the service is always available.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload files that you own or are allowed to process.
• Do not use the tools to remove protection from documents you are not authorised to unlock, or to infringe copyrights or other rights.
• Do not misuse the service, for example by sending automated requests in large numbers or trying to disrupt it.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. Files are processed only to provide the selected tool and are deleted automatically (30 minutes at the latest). Please keep your own copies – we do not store files permanently.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of PDF Toolkit is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service, including loss of data. Always check the result before relying on it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
